TERMS OF SERVICES!

✦ By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions and will be held accountable if any terms are violated.✦ Please read TERMS OF SERVICES before commissioning!✦ Make sure that my art style matches your preference.✦ I have the right to decline your commission if I am uncomfortable with the request/content.✦ If you have any questions, please contact me.✦ My commissions are ONLY DIGITAL.✦ You will NOT use my artwork for AI training as I do not condone such discrimination.✦ My artwork will NOT be used for any NFT projects and such.✦ When commissioning, please do provide a clear, detailed description of what you have in mind! It can be descriptions, pictures, rough sketches, etc— anything! It will be helpful in transitioning the idea into the work.✦ Commission will be started on upon receiving payment within 48 hours, otherwise the request will be dropped.✦ Payment is required upfront for commissions! However, for pricier commissions I am able to accept 50% DEPOSIT to secure a commission. The rest of the balance will be paid at a later time.
EG; 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE DRAFTING, then the other 50% BEFORE SENDING IN FINAL PRODUCT.✦ Extra character will be additional 20% of final price. (ONLY FOR COLORED/RENDERED COMMISSIONS CATEGORY!!!)✦ Extra characters for the SKETCH CATEGORY will be an additional 50% of final price.✦ When paying with Paypal, please DO NOT change currencies as I would prefer it to be in USD.
✦ I only accept KO-FI or PayPal as forms of payment.
( In certain circumstances, I may accept payment in the form of Discord Nitro. )✦ Base price of commission will go up depending on complexity of additional characters, character design, pose request, perspective and background.✦ Any changes made on COLORED/RENDERED COMMISSIONS after completion will be charged depending on the complexity.
The starting charge is $3!✦ All prices shown are for NON-COMMERCIAL USE.
✦ If the commission is for COMMERCIAL USE, the price will be THREE TIMES aka TRIPLE the final price!✦ While I can draw shipping art EG; OCxOC, CanonxCanon, OCxCanon, RarePairs and the likes—
I DO NOT draw PROBLEMATIC PAIRINGS.
I also DO NOT draw NSFW shipping art.✦ I will NOT provide service for commissioning requests relating to; OFFENSIVE/EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TOPICS, POLITICAL PROPAGANDA, DISCRIMINATORY CONTENT.

REFUNDS &
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✦ I do not offer refunds on my services unless I’ve completely missed a deadline or if you are not satisfied with the WIP.✦ Refunds will not be granted if the artwork is complete.—As the artist, I have full rights on the following;✦ Full image of the commissioned artwork will be posted on my socials and portfolio (will be rightfully credited if the character is an OC), unless stated otherwise in discussion.✦ The commissioner cannot claim the artwork as their own.✦ The commissioner cannot edit, sell as NFT, or use third parties to alter my artwork.

+ Additional information

✦ My canvas size differs depending on the commission such as varying forms of portrait or landscape, but usually it is 4000x4000px with 500 DPI — PNG.✦ As I work through your commission, I will send over WIPs (Work in Progress) to show the process from sketch, cleanup and lastly coloring!
✦ Small, minor revisions are of no issue to me as I will do these free of charge. If any additional charge is required however eg; a big revision, I will inform you and we will discuss.✦ Final pieces are sent through a GOOGLE DRIVE LINK by default.
Do keep in mind that these links/albums WILL EXPIRE AFTER A MONTH! So save the pieces before they’re gone!
Alternatively, I may also send it through email if it comes to it. You just gotta let me know!✦ When showing progress on the commission, you will see LARGE WATERMARKS on the canvas. This is to prevent art theft.
Don’t worry though! These huge watermarks won’t make it into the final piece! You will get your commissioned artwork AND a normal sized watermark!✦ Last but not least, PLEASE communicate with me! I value your clarity information as to ensure your commission is TRULY WHAT YOU WANT!
